Host Frequently Asked Questions
If the minimum number of guests isn't reached, what happens? Would there be any costs incurred by me or by guests who have already booked?
We generally require a minimum of 6 travellers to operate. If this minimum isn’t met, we’ll notify all booked travellers and offer the option to transfer to a similar departure date for the same destination. If the tour is cancelled, all travellers will receive a full refund. If a traveller chooses to cancel their own booking instead, our standard Booking Terms & Conditions will apply based on how close the cancellation is to the departure date.
Do you offer payment plans for travellers? If so, how do they work?
Travellers can contact our Reservations team to arrange a payment schedule that suits them, whether that’s bi-weekly, monthly, or another frequency. Alternatively, they can nominate the amount they’d like to pay, and we’ll calculate the schedule accordingly and send them a payment link for each instalment.
Can I customise the itinerary, accommodation, activities, and branding?
Yes! We can customise the trip to your brand and community. Whether it’s a wellness retreat, fitness adventure, foodie escape, or something entirely unique, we’ll help customize the activities while handling all the logistics. The trip will also be fully branded as your own.
During the trip, who is responsible for managing guest issues and day-to-day operations?
Our tour guide will handle the day-to-day operations of the tour. Depending on the level of involvement you’d like, you can choose to take a more active hosting role or simply enjoy the experience alongside the group.
What marketing resources and launch support do you provide to help promote my tour?
We can provide you with a library of raw photos and videos to help promote your tour. We’ll also work with you on your launch strategy, offer guidance throughout the campaign, and review any marketing creatives you’d like feedback on.
Will I have a dedicated contact to help plan and launch my trip?
Yes, our Partnerships team will support you from pre-launch through to the completion of your tour. If you have any questions about the tour, bookings, or payments, we’re here to help. Travellers, however, will communicate directly with our Reservations team for any booking-related enquiries.
