How do I join the VIP program?
It’s easy! Once you’ve completed your first One Life Adventures tour, you’re automatically enrolled in our VIP Membership Program as an Explorer. From there, every tour you complete moves you closer to unlocking even more epic rewards.
How do referral bonuses work?
Share the adventure with friends! Refer a friend to book a tour, and when they let us know you referred them, you’ll earn additional rewards. The exact bonus amount depends on your membership tier:
- Explorer: $50 per friend
- Adventurer: $100 per friend
- Champion: $150 per friend
Can I upgrade my tier?
Absolutely! Your tier is upgraded automatically as you complete more tours. Hit two tours to become an Adventurer and three or more to reach Champion status – unlocking even greater benefits at every level.
Do my benefits expire?
Nope! Your VIP benefits stay with you as long as you’re part of the program. Discounts and credits are renewed yearly, ensuring you’re always ready for your next adventure.
How do I access my benefits?
Your perks can be applied when booking your next tour. Simply mention your membership level to our sales team, and they’ll handle the rest. Please note that discount/vouchers can only be redeemed through our sales team and not online via our website. If you’re not sure what level you’re on, please contact our sales team via the below email address.

VIP Terms and conditions
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
The One Life Adventures VIP Membership Program is available to individuals who have completed at least one One Life Adventures tour.
Enrollment in the program is automatic upon the completion of your first tour.
2. Membership Tiers
The program has three tiers: Explorer (1 tour completed), Adventurer (2 tours completed), and Champion (3+ tours completed).
Tier upgrades are automatic and based on the number of completed tours.
3. Discounts & Credits
Discounts apply to new tour bookings for VIP members only. Discounts are valid for one calendar year from the date of issue.
Discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.
4. Referral Bonuses
Referral bonuses apply only when the referred friend books the same tour as the VIP member.
The referred friend must not have previously travelled with One Life Adventures.
The discount voucher will be applied to the VIP member’s existing booking once the referred friend has booked the tour. If the referred friend cancels or does not attend the tour, the discount voucher will be forfeited and removed from the VIP member’s booking.
5. Free Add-Ons (Champion Tier)
Free add-ons may include experiences such as return train journeys or exclusive pre-bookable experiences.
Add-ons, up to a maximum value of $250 AUD, will be awarded through a draw and must be arranged before the tour commences.
Availability of add-ons is subject to booking capacity and may vary depending on the tour.
6. Access to Member-Only Benefits
Early booking privileges, exclusive content, and invitations are subject to availability and may change without notice.
7. Benefit Redemption
VIP benefits must be redeemed through the One Life Adventures sales team and cannot be applied through online bookings.
Members are responsible for notifying the sales team of their tier status during booking.
8. Membership Validity
Membership benefits are valid as long as the member actively participates in the program.
Benefits are renewed annually and expire if not used within the validity period.
9. Program Changes
One Life Adventures reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Membership Program, including its terms, conditions, and benefits, at any time without prior notice.
10. General Terms
All tours and benefits are subject to One Life Adventures’ general booking terms and conditions.
Membership benefits are personal to the enrolled individual and cannot be transferred to another person.
Misuse of the program or violation of the terms may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of benefits.
