VIP Terms and conditions
Membership
b) Membership vouchers can only be used when booking with One Life Adventures directly.
c) Only customers who have travelled with One Life Adventures are eligible for membership.
d) Only tours that have been fully completed will count towards membership.
e) One Life Adventures reserves the right to remove customers from the club at any time.
f) Customers who are part of the club agree to One Life Adventures’ standard booking conditions, which can be found here.
g) Customers are responsible for claiming their package at time of booking.
Yearly Travel Vouchers / Bring a Friend Vouchers
a) Members of the One Life Tribe will receive a travel voucher every year based on their membership level. The voucher can be used towards any One Life tour.
b) Vouchers can be issued in other currencies based on exchange rates determined by One Life Adventures.
c) Vouchers will be issued by a specified date and will expire by a specified date.
d) Vouchers are only valid for members of the One Life Tribe.
e) Vouchers must be redeemed in the same year of issue and cannot be carried over into another year.
f) Only one voucher can be used per tour booking.
g) Vouchers cannot be used as tour deposits and can only be used to pay off tour balances after a deposit has been placed.
h) Bring a friend vouchers can only be used when a friend is booked on the same tour/date as the member.
i) One Life reserves the right to cancel the bring a friend voucher if the friend cancels or does not pay the balance of the tour.
Merchandise
a) Merchandise discounts can only be redeemed by One Life Tribe members themselves.
Room Upgrade
a) One Life Tribe Members on ‘4 Tours’ status will receive one room upgrade voucher valid for 1 whole tour.
b) The voucher will expire by a specified date.
c) Voucher can only be redeemed via our sales team and not via our website.
