Females Flying Solo: Bali Retreat – 10 Days

Your first full day of the retreat begins with an immersive Balinese cultural experience. Visit a sacred water temple, where you’ll learn about local traditions and take part in a traditional water purification ceremony and offering.

After lunch, shift into a slower pace with a relaxing sound healing workshop. Take some time to unwind, reset and fully embrace the peaceful energy of Ubud.

Afterwards, you’ll return to the hotel with some free time to relax and freshen up before the evening. If you’re feeling like heading out for dinner, your guide will be on hand with recommendations for some of the best spots in Ubud, whether you’re looking for a beautiful dinner with the girls or somewhere more casual.

It’s not a trip if you’re not collecting as many keepsakes as you possibly can! This morning, we’ll head out to a private silver jewellery-making class where you can show off your creative side. After the class, grab lunch, shop and explore Ubud at your own pace.

After breakfast, make your way to your morning of breathwork, yoga and meditation. Settle into the peaceful surroundings as you move, breathe and reconnect with yourself through a calming wellness experience.

The rest of the day is yours to enjoy Ubud at your own pace. Take some time to relax at the hotel, explore Monkey Forest and cafés, or treat yourself to a spa treatment.

After breakfast, we’ll leave Ubud make our way to Padang Bai, where we’ll board the boat to the Gili Islands. Once we arrive, transfer to your accommodation and enjoy some free time to settle in and explore your new island surroundings.

In the afternoon, it’s time to get together for a sunset bike tour around Gili! Pedal your way around the island and find the perfect spot to watch the sun go down. Enjoy a relaxed evening and head out for dinner with the girls or take yourself on a solo date.

Enjoy a slow morning in Bali with some well-deserved free time. Sleep in, relax by the pool, grab a coffee, or take some time to yourself.

At noon, it’s time to come together for one of the highlights of the retreat, a catamaran cruise! Spend the afternoon cruising through the turquoise waters, soaking up the tropical scenery and enjoying plenty of time to relax, swim and snorkel with the girls.

Today we’ll hop on the boat and make our way to Canggu, the coastal town of Canggu, famous for its surfing and world-class beaches – Echo Beach and Batu Balong. The streets are lined with some of the best restaurants in Bali, hip bars, and amazing local markets. Your hotel is located in the middle of town, within walking distance of the beach.

After, you’ll head to the iconic Finns Beach Club, where you’ll get to soak up the Bali sun and sip cocktails by the pool with your Bali girlies.

Activate your senses and create your signature scent with the guidance of your very own professional perfume maker. The rest of the day is yours to explore Canggu.

To finish the day, come together one last time for an evening farewell dinner, the perfect way to celebrate the friendships and memories you’ve shared together on this retreat.
